1115 Federal Medicaid Access Waiver (Accountable Care Management)

This waiver allows for increased healthcare management through a care coordination model for the Aged, Blind and Disabled population, as well as the WFNJ GA population. The waiver also provides new Community Health Center (FQHC) reimbursement benefits for adults who are ineligible for Medicaid.
